West Forsyth delivered a commanding performance Friday night, overpowering Forsyth Central with a 42–14 victory. From the opening kickoff, the Wolverines set the tone with high energy and sharp execution on both sides of the ball. West’s offense moved with confidence and urgency, while the defense held strong, stifling Central’s attempts to find momentum. The win marks another step forward for West Forsyth as they continue building toward a strong region finish and playoff run.
Leading the way for the Wolverines was running back Andrew Davis, who found the end zone three times. The offensive line consistently opened up lanes, allowing West to control the tempo and wear down the Central defense. Quarterback Max Walraven’s play was efficient, and big plays by Colt Muschara and Mason Page on key downs kept drives alive, leading to a balanced and effective offensive attack. West’s ability to capitalize on scoring opportunities made the difference in what became a lopsided victory.
In the second half, West Forsyth tightened its grip on the game, showcasing depth and discipline across the roster. The defense stepped up with key stops, while the offense continued to stretch the lead with consistent production. The Wolverines’ dominance on both sides of the ball reflected their preparation and focus, and the win serves as a statement as the team now looks ahead to its homecoming game versus South Forsyth.
